We will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. To return an item, simply email Jodi Niehoff at email@example.com and then ship your item(s) back within 30 days and we'll refund or exchange your product.
Please return footwear in the original shoe box. A credit should appear on your credit card within two billing cycles for the return of unworn resaleable merchandise.
If you return unworn merchandise after the 30-day period, but within 90 days of purchase, we will offer you a merchandise credit to use towards your next purchase. There are no refunds available for merchandise returned after the 30-day period.
If you suspect a defect on worn merchandise, the merchandise must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility for a refund, exchange or merchandise credit.
Please contact us if you feel the shoes your received are defective. Shoes that are possibly defective will be returned to the manufacturer's quality control dept. for examination. Please clean up any dirty shoes and renew as good as possible. Dirty shoes will be refused by the manufacturer. Below is the return schedule from date of purchase and credit policy for footwear that is found to be defective.
0-45 days = 100%
46-90 days = 75%
91-135 days = 50%
136-180 days = 25%
Footwear found to have abusive sole and upper treatment may not be returned for any reason. A register receipt must accompany all returns.
